CCPD has identified the officer as Billy Browning.Police say they came upon a single vehicle crash near the JFK Causeway just after 4 o'clock and found the sole occupant, which they say was Browning. He was arrested for DWI. Browning was taken to Christus Spohn Shoreline to be medically cleared for the accident.A blood draw was also given before he was booked into the city detention center.
